Best concealer/foundation for oily skin?

So I have very oily skin. and moderate acne. its not getting any better, so im turning to make up to somewhat cover it. What foundation or concealer or whatever do you recommend? and how would you use it? im so new to this. ive never turned to make up cause i thought it would clog my pores some more, but im willing to give it a shot.

i use Clinque's superbalanced foundation! They come in numbers from 1-4. I have 09 Nude beige, its for numbers 2%26amp;3 (dry/combination) the highest is obviously number 4, for oily.
