It depends on what you are trying to conceal, if you are trying to conceal darker areas, you need a lighter color. If you are just trying to conceal a blemish then yes, it can. The best i have found is Benefit Boiing it covers everything and is antibacterial so it helps clear blemishes.Can cream foundation be used as concealer?
