Is concealer foundation?

I just want to know, is concealer known as foundation?Is concealer foundation?
Foundation and concealer is different. Use foundation all over face to get a balanced and even complexion. Go over spots that need some more coverage like a scar, acne spot etc. Then use a dusting of setting powder all over face to set the makeup.Is concealer foundation?

If concealer was foundation, wouldn't it be called the same name, and why would be bother calling it concealer? Duh! Concealer is not foundation, it's use to cover up any blemishes, or dark circles, ect.

No. Concealer is concealer. They're two different things.
nope, they are 2 diffrenent things:) concealer is thicker, heavier coverage. so you can cover up pimples, and undereye circles. foundation you put all over your face to even out skin tone:)
