Definitely not. Concealer is used to conceal certain spots. By using concealer as a primer it sounds like you are suggesting you put the concealer on your whole face as you would do with a primer, which will leave you one big cakey mess.





Primer and concealer are made of different ingredients. In fact, you need primer FOR the concealer and the foundation. The purpose of primer is not only to create a smooth base, but to get the makeup to last longer by the makeup having something to stick to.
