I got a new concealer yesterday called neutrogena skinclearing oil-free concealer and it was about $ 6.50 but its worth it because it clears any blemishes and it doesnt look like you have any concealer on. I need to find some really cheap concealer
Maybelline mineral power concealer or covergirl concealer works good. I'm not sure how much they are, but they're around your price range.
