here are my favorite concealers with buildable coverage in different price ranges (good even on my oily skin in the hot florida summers)...
mark invisible touch perfecting concealer $5, 5 shades
merle norman cover up concealer $12, 12 shades
benefit boi-ing concealer $18, 3 shades
to apply, pat (don't rub) on with a sponge or small brush. set with foundation and/or powder.What is the best concealer?
I use cle' de peau beaute. It is sort of pricey but well worth it, and it lasts a long time.
