yes it can give you wrinkles. Anytime you pull at the skin under your eyes you can get wrinkles. Even if you put on undereye creme (You should always dab in on. Don't pull at the skin). Taking it off also gives you wrinkles because your pulling at the skin.Does Eye Concealer Give You Wrinkles?
