Does yellow concealer blend well so that powder does not have to be worn over it?

No! use a concealer that is about one shade lighter than your foundation or powder (that is skin coloered not yellow)
i don't think so...try going to www.physiciansformula.com and look at their green/light concealer. it works very well! the green gets rid of the red, and the skin tone color gets rid of the green! it usually works fine just like that, but my skin is a little darker, so i need some makeup over that, but i was so happy when i first used this stuff!
Mine blends just fine!
