What's a good concealer?

I need some concealer that doesn't look chunky and I can put all over my face. And is also good to put on my lips to make them lighter.





Oh, and do you know a good primer or concealer that can be used as a primer?





Any (inexpensive) suggestions?

i use the Maybelline Mineral Concealer and its decent :]


for a primer, I use the Rimmel Pore Perfect primer.





Both total would cost about $10 or a little more :DWhat's a good concealer?
I like the CoverGirl concealer stick and Avon has a good primer. I can't remember what it's called though. Both of these are inexpensive.
