How do u apply concealer?

does it hav to b ur skin color? How do u apply concealer?
It should MATCH your skin tone or else it shows that you are wearing it. You can go to MAC and ask if they can match a concealer for your skin tone. To apply you can use your ring finger or a concealer brush and DAB IT ON never ever rub it in!How do u apply concealer?
concealer for under eyes should be a couple shades lighter

for pimples it can be your skin tone or tinted green (physician;s formula)

I apply with a brush sometimes, or you can use a sponge applicator

Don't use your finger to blend(unless your just tapping it to blend) because it will later make wrinkles because you pull at your eye skin and it's sensitive
If trying to hide a blemish\zit, make sure the concealer matches with the rest of your makeup(foundation and powder). if you are using concealer to brighten up your eyes, use one shade lighter on under eyes.

make you blend very well, use your fingers or makeup sponge.
ok for the people saying that it needs to be lighter than your skin, its only for under eyes. if you want to cover a blemish it should be the same color as your skin because you wouldnt want a big light spot on your face, that would just attract more attantion to your blemish.
go one or two shades lighter than your face. then apply it in a circle around your zit, and blend it with a q-tip, then apply a dot in the middle and blend. for under eye circles apply it to under the pupil but never toward the edge of your eye. :)
Concealer should be a couple shades lighter than your skin tone. It depends where you are applying it. You can use a brush or a finger, whichever you feel more comfortable with.
Visit www.youtube.com and search for ';apply concealer';. You can see many (free) videos and explanation on this.
