You need something heavy duty to cover a birthmark. Try ben nye- it's theatre make up so it will cover all and it's not expensive
Derma blend, honestly, its available in so many colors and it blends well and best of all it doesn't smear. its only like $20 in Macy's
Bobbi Brown compact with corrector, concealer and powder. Can't be Beat.
