usually to cover up circles under the eye and or to concealer dark spots on the face..but if you don't choose the right color you could end up looking like a racoon...and never ever put it over zits as some do...as it draws more attention to it especially when the zit is at the drying out stage...it doesn't matter what you pay..i've seen some that are just as good at 3.00 to some that cost way more...the trick is in getting the right color..maybe a shade lighter than your skin tone...no lighter and after you apply it...blend blend blend with a makeup sponge they sell them at wallmart..they're wedges..like 2.00 for like 20 i think...What does concealer do? Concealer is a liquid or cream that you put over dark undereye circles and other flaws that foundation alone can't cover.
well a foundation should really just even out your skin tone so if you have under eye circles or acne spots etc, pat concealer over them and they will cover them up! :)
