I wud say use foundation first, coz if u put concealer on first the foundation will rub the concealer off then u have 2 re-apply %26amp; then there cud end up being too much %26amp; urll have an orange blob. Also applying foundation will reduce the redness straight away %26amp; so ur'll use less concealer.Which comes first? Concealer or foundation?

Foundation comes first if using a liquid foundation. Concealer comes first if you're using a powder foundation.
Foundation, then concealer. Otherwise, the concealer will smear off.
